Ken Kline is currently the Vice President of Finance and Administration, Chief Financial Officer, at the College of Western Idaho. Ken oversees the areas of Finance, Information Technology, Institutional Effectiveness, and Budget and Planning. In addition to his current role, Ken’s higher education experience includes serving as Vice President of Finance and Administration, Chief Financial Officer, at Clarkson University; Associate Vice President for Budget and Planning at Boise State University; Senior Director for Budget at Northern Kentucky University; and Business Systems and Financial Planning Manager at Cornell University. Ken is an expert in implementing new budget models, developing financial recovery plans, and designing financial models and has provided consulting services for institutions in these areas. Prior to Ken’s career in higher education, he worked for Ceridian implementing and supporting software solutions and for the City of Akron in capital planning. Ken holds an MBA from Cornell University, an MA in Economics from The Ohio State University, and a BA in Economics from Xavier University.
