College of Western Idaho (CWI) is excited to announce the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) has approved CWI offering a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Business Administration. This decision follows the Idaho State Board of Education's approval for CWI to pursue this new offering.
"A BAS degree represents a monumental opportunity for CWI to benefit our students and community," said Gordon Jones, CWI President. "We are not only enhancing educational options but also strengthening our workforce."
The College's next step involves requesting approval from the Department of Education for this degree to be eligible for federal financial aid.
